New construction of a distribution centre for AO Logistics in Dietzenbach. AW had been charged with site control services by AO Logistics/UK. AO is a strong expanding trade firm for internet sale, especially for white goods. The involvement of AW started at the same time as construction works began. The absence of initial time before start of works and coordination of mostly British construction firms made circumstances quite demanding.
