Ribnaya Derewnja II, Kaliningrad
Kaliningrad is a wounded city, war and unintelligible post-war development left a city without a heart. Without a real historical center. Surrounded by wasted brownfields in the inner city remained the old cathedral representing past times and identity. Piece by piece new concepts are being created by town planners and architects to create a new core of town. One chapter of this process is about revitalisation of the former Fish Village quarter, called Ribnaja Derewnja. Our concept provides attractive apartments facing to the river and surrounded by traffic-free embankments with a small marina, completed with a hotel, retail and gastro areas and all required amenities.
