New Construction of the “Brickhouse” Residential Quarter in Frankfurt-Nied Comprising two apartment buildings with 39 residential units and an underground garage. Following the demolition of the previously predominantly commercial structures, the site is being revitalized with age-friendly, partially barrier-free multi-story residential buildings. The “Brickhouse” reflects the character of its surroundings by adopting the brick façades found on many neighboring buildings, ensuring it integrates seamlessly into the streetscape. With all required parking spaces located exclusively in the underground garage, the interior of the development opens up to form a green, fully private urban retreat at the heart of the quarter.
